i am bhargav shah, i had a quetion abt my friend. his name is rahul patel.achtually he had applied for extention 8 months before and they declined the application and told to him to go out from this country.
even that letter he concerned the lawyer, and try to convinece the immigration officer to give him a extention.
bt there is no any news from the immigration.
now he want to go australia , so he asked me write over here some quetion pls help him out he is in big trouble.
1) can he apply directly through over here for australian student visa?
2)if he will go tohome country and then he will try to apply for student visa of australia then it will be create problem for him to get the visa of australia?
3) now wat he should have to do?
pls give me a positive reply.
