My Parents are in Canada on Visitor Visa, their Visa expires on Last week of July. They have Ticket book ti go back on 27 June.
After visting Canada, They like it and so I had applied for extension of Visitor visa om May 10. Still I didn't got reply from Visa office. While checking Website Current processing time is 73 days.
Their ticket can bechanged only once.As per procesing time I should not expect reply from visa office before last week of july.
I am not sure what is the rule. If I don't have reply from Visa office before Visa expires or ticket book what should I do? Shall I Send my parents back or I can rebook tickets assuming they will get extension ?
And if they don't get extension and I have ticket booked for later date what will be impact?
Any help will be appriciated.
Thanks in advance for your reply.

Once an application is made for extention, your parents stay is legal till they hear a \"no\". Even if it is a \"no\", they give your parents a month's time to leave Canada. So, do not worry- extend their tickets by 6 months if your parents wish to stay for 6 more months. First extention is not tough, so chances are very high they will get it. If due to somne reason they do not get it, you can make another application for extention with in that one month period.
Much appriciated your help Vijay.
