my wife is involved in a car accident as a pedestrian,we did all formalities with

insurance and they want to pay us the minimum benefits,we saw a good lawyer

he charged 150$ for an hour and did not sign up with us

he says since she was not hospitalised my case doesnt have much standing

we should wait for a year and see what happens, we cannot even sue the driver

as no permanent injury is there but her back is hurt badly and they will go for a

mri in following weeks , if anybody has gone through this bad experience(god forbid)

and can give me some guidance as what to do as my wife cannot go back to work
