best time to move from schooling point of view

Hi,All CD,s
We are confused regarding when to move to canada. we have two children-one is in 8th and the other one is in10th.they are studying in gulf with cbse syllabus.both want to do Bba and Mba in canada.we have received our medical papers.we will be going to canada in april for our first landing .For getting admission in a good university,what is more advantageous-
1-moving now ,as soon as my daughter,s 10th exams are over
2-moving after 2 years,once she finishes her 12th here.
my husband will continue working here and will join us later-after 3 years.will my children have problems in getting admission or adjusting in university if we decide to go after 2 years .advice and suggest taking into consideration that i will alone have to take care of them in a new country.
