Does anybody knows about the colleges or institution offering "Lean certification program " or "six sigma certification program" within GTA

As far as I know, Six Sigma is always a company sponsored programme.

I dont know what is Lean Certification. You can check for certification in manufacturing practices from http://www.apics.org" rel="nofollow">LINK , check for CPIM certification papers. It covers the topic you are looking for as your expertise.
