I along with my family are here on work permit. I will complete one year in feb 2004. Then after I wish to apply for skilled worker class immigration and send application to Buffalo (instead on India). But after application, my wife and son would like to return to India until immigration is complete, and I would stay here for two more years. My question is, can my wife and son can have there medical examination done in India, when it is asked for, while I can do it from here? Or all of us have to take examination in one place (here or India).

They can have their meds done in India and yours here.

On the net, typing everything in capital letters is considered bad manners- equivalent to 'shouting' or 'yelling'. Please try to avoid that.
