HI all,

My husband is going to file my application for PR in January.I am going for medical checkup in a day or two .I wanted to know
1) How many days would it take to get my PR
2) Do I have to report within 1 year from the date I get my PR or from the date I get my medical report.

PS: This is for Family class(Spouse) sponsorship application.

I think that rule applies for all immigration. family type takes less time

If you are in India then I think it should be around 3-4 months (my friends wife got it in 2 months) depending on your luck
