Canada and USA Citizenship

Hi Masood,

I have one question,

I have applied my wife and kids citizenship in month of Aug 03, and after that I have send my family back to india.

Is there any problem to get citizenship ? (They have completed 3 yrs in Canada)

My case, I have not applied my citizenship, because I have been moved from Canada to USA for H1 Job after 2.5 yrs of stay in canada. When will be the right time to apply my citizenship ?

Or Can I apply now (Dec. 03) though I have not completed my 3 yrs in canada, but I am providing services from canada (JOB) some time personally or some time remotely.....

can you please advice me..............what should I do, to get my citizenship?

- No problem with regard to your child.
- You can apply as soon as you hit the minimum 3 years.
- If you are employed by a US company, you cannot apply now.
- best option: wait
