What would be reasonable rent for two bedroom basement Apartment in Markham?. I don’t know the exact location in Markham but before i start discussing with my family friend who owned this apartment, this information is needed for negotiation,

Rentals in Scarborough area for 1br starts from $850, there are some predominantly regional concentration in scarborough area, so depending on which area you are looking for it may vary.
However more or less the rentals are fairly equal in any areas .
By this I mean depending on the proximity to general utilities which generally one looks for .
places More near and convinent access to TTC subway, busses, school, shopping, grocery etc, are generally at a premium when compared to other places.
