I lived in michigan USA and moved to Windsor last year (after my son's birth) and my son born in USA last year. I am doing paperwork (Family class-person in canada) for him to become Permenant Resident in Canada. He is only one year old and lives with me at windsor. Do i have to get a medical and FBI and police clearance from USA?? Thansk in advance.

when we moved here we had a one yr old too, born in the states. they do not do medicals for kids below 10 yrs I think. and there was no police report done for both my kids . ( elder one was 9 yrs old
