The city the rest of Canada loves to hate is down. Its infrastructure is crumbling, employment is stagnant and business is moving out to cheaper neighouring places such as Mississauga, Brampton and Markham. All of which puts Toronto dead last in Canadian Business magazine's fourth annual ranking of Canada's best places to do business.

Rightfully so..
The infrastructure is crumbling in TOronto . May be they can take a cue from Bombay / New York on how to remain competitive even in face of ageing
( both bombay and new york are old cities but are equally contemporary and bustling with activity all the time )
