I Have applied for skilled worker immigration, on JAn 2002.
First I recd that my interview was waved, and asked for FBI clearance,
After sending all papers in sept, I recd a letter to finish medical as soon as possible, , In march 2004, Again they decided to held an interview in NEWYORk, Taht they said only IELTS was to be done, I also sent it in MAY 2004...Since Then, I Am waiting,.. My MEdical period also passed.. spend so much money.. I don't know what is missing.. My file was transferred from Buffalo to NEWYORK..

I alredy visit the sight, but since last march, 2004 it is showing in process only

The status sometimes doesnt changes much, My pp requests have come through and it still says In Progress, this is the same status since i filed my application, However you can sen a FAX to the CC, it never hurts
