Just noticed this post. You might want to try your local Dollar Store, we got a bunch of 24 assorted cards with envelopes for $2.50.

Just last week I bought a pack of 40 X-mas cards, well designed and of good quality. Better designs and quality than $ store ones.

I paid $12.50 for the whole bundle.

I bought it from Office Depot from their X-mas gift counter. Maybe it was on promo, not sure. Worth checking out.
