Hello,
My wife got a rejection for Canada tourist VISA almost 8 years back and also few months back i applied for canadian study permit and also filed for my wife's dependent visa which got rejected so now she has two rejections...we already have our PR case filed with CHC which was filed around 3 years back...
i wanted to know if this rejection can affect our immigration?? and also if i file for study permit again in next intake and have my wife's dependent VISA can these exisitng rejections have any affect on the decision as i consulated one lawyer and she said that if there are two rejections then you may not ever get a VISA ever which I found lil auckward as her rejections were due to very different reasons...
please advise what is hte best way, shall i file for her dependent visa or wait for my immigration??????
and also is it true that if you have two rejections than you cannot get the VISA again for that country???
thanks to advise!!
1. Wait for immigrant visa
2. It is not true that if your temporary visa gets rejected twice, you cannot get an immigrant visa for that country ---unless the rejection of the temporary visa has been on grounds of security.
Thanks Diamond
Its not rejected due to security reason but my question was can we apply for study permit or dependent VISA for my wife before immigration as we hav no idea how long this immigration would take??
and we have our whole family there so what in case if we have to visit canada on visitor visa, i hope these rejections will not come in the way???
thanks to advise...
really appreciate ur help
