Seems like to me you are confusing the visa officer with too much of unnecessary details. Need not mention stuff like hotel mgmt, tourism or BPO.
if you completed Bcom in 2010, you should show only 5 years of work experience ( instead of 08) , that of accounting only. ( need not emphasise it was in tourism industry, that confuses things further.), rather emphasize on Title of job and list of responsibilities related to your BCOM.
Your marks or aggregate have no impact on your visa grant.
My observation is it took you 3 posts and multiple questions by other posters to explain the real situation. Visa officer will not have this kind of patience. You must channelize your thought process vertically instead of spraying all over. Hope this suggestion will help.
Have you attached your IELTS result (academic 7 or over bends) and evaluations of your education certifications?

A Delhite in Toronto
Thanks San Hugo. Yes Delhite I had attached all necessary documents.
Maybe is something wrong with your application? They don't know you, so I guess reason is in your application letter. Maybe ask for help your friends or http://buycaessay.com/" target="_blank">pay for essay help in order to make your letter look respectively Good luck
Danny ...
Thousands of students apply for Canada every semester. As you know they can't give visa to all. Hence they have to refuse many applications.
So nothing to worry about it. Review your documents and try to improve the documentation. You said ... you have applied for CAIPS ... see if that can throw some light on it. Most important: DO NOT APPLY IN QUICK SESSION. If you got refused ..... wait for few months ( one semester ) and apply again with few additional documents.
Sooner or later ..... if you hang long enough .... you will make it . Either CIC should get bored or you.
