Jona,
The parents of this toddler plan to settle either in India or the Gulf in one or 2 years. If the toddler is put up in India, the parents want this child to be in sync. with the other children in that school his/her age. Do not want the toddler / or child (at that age) to suffer by seeing a stark contast from the Canadian and Indian way of life.
If the parents do go to the Gulf, then the child will be going to an Indian CBSE school in that region.
It is a personal decision.
Peace

Hi TK

I presume you have studied in India and I have been reading your posts for a while. This one specially interests me in the way you are referring to the word "Toddler". I hope this is not your son/daughter because you sound like a child trafficker or a child counselor as somebody correctly mentioned before.

I would have my child study in Canada/USA and be with me for the time rather than send them to India and be like you or have your level of english language.

No pun Intended

Just my 2 cents

TK, if the whole family is going to migrate then its okay, I felt strange thinking what kind of parents will separate their child so young. No the child won't have any problems in adjusting neither the parents need to do anything to sync him now for future Indian education with present Canadian. Kids adapt faster than adults...they only need emotional nourishment...love and care!
