Although an expensive proposition, I suggest you get your place fumigated. Get your ducts cleaned too. I did a search for fumigation services in Mississauga on canada411.com and ended up with:

Quarrantine your beds and mattresses after the fumigation and after sealing them in plastic bags . There is NO way of relieving your beds from bugs . Do not attempt it.

Fido.
here is how me and my roommates (bunch of students) got rid of the bugs:
- threw away anything that was infested without thinking
- throughly cleaned the rooms, with vacuum cleaner and wiped the floors insect killing solution mixed with floor cleaning solution in water
- made a decision that we will not keep sleeping bags, loose pieces of cloth etc lying on the floor because the bugs tend to infest in such things
- took strict measures to keep the house clean all the time
- kept a bug spray handy
after a month or so, the bugs disappeared . this is my experience.
