I mean how can someone stay out at such odd hours so regularly, and move stuff away from home, without the parents asking questions?

I guess nowhere was it specified that she lives with her parents so could be that she was living separately.
So may be they do not know what exactly is going on.

He would be breaking the law if he married your cousin before legally divorcing his estranged wife. Separated or intend to divorce is not legally divorced. I believe it is punishable with some jail time.
Also, that condo is not his or your cousins. It is common property, therefore belongs to him AND his estranged wife. Legally speaking, of course.

i should have mention here that her parents are back home, not here in canada, she is currenlty staying with me, we are renting 2 bdrm apt. here. parents are not aware of this current situation, they don't know anything about guy being married. the guy bought condo and its on his name.
i know these days when real brothers/sisters don't care so much about each other, why i care so much about my cousin, its because she is my best friend too and i know she's not bad girl, she is so innocent , GOD fearing and nice person ,
she did me a big favour in my life that i will never forgot. so as now i can see that she is heading towards a disaster and noone is here who can explain her, its my duty to do that as i am 2 yrs older than her and as i am also married i think i can understand about guy's mentality little bit better than her
