I would like to know more about the TN Visa application at Pearson Airport. Does one buy the ticket, take all his papers including his degrees, employment letters, NAFTA classification details and reach the airport one hour before? What happens if his visa is rejected. Is there a way he can get his visa stamped, and travel a bit later.
What will be the status of his wife and children?, Do they need to be there with the applicant. Do they need to travel with him?
What happens if the family travels together and later the wife finds separate employment. Does she need to apply for her TN visa later?
How much would a good lawyer charge for this application?
Tks & Rgds,

Speech by Thomas Friedman of The New York Times....
"When we were young kids growing up in America, we were told to eat our
vegetables at dinner and not leave them. Mothers said, 'think of the
starving children in India and finish the dinner.' And now I tell my
children: 'Finish your maths homework. Think of the children in India
who would make you starve, if you don't.'"
