Can you suggest what gifts would be suitable to bring over to Canada for my friends and relatives? My budget would be around Rs500 ($15) per gift.

You want to joke? Go join a circus. Become a clown and tell everyone this joke and tickle them to make them laugh.

Jack And Jill

Jack & Jill were on their way home from the bar one night and Jack got pulled over by the police. The officer told Jack that he was stopped because his tail light was burned out. Jack said, "I'm very sorry officer, I didn't realize it was out, I'll get it fixed right away."

Just then Jill said, "I knew this would happen when I told you two days ago to get that light fixed."

So the officer asked for Jack's license and after looking at it said, "Sir your license has expired."

And again Jack apologized and mentioned that he didn't realize that it had expired and would take care of it first thing in the morning.

Jill said, "I told you a week ago that the state sent you a letter telling you that your license had expired."

Well by this time Jack is a bit upset with his wife contradicting him in front of the officer and he said in a rather loud voice, "#$&% Jill, will you SHUT UP!"

The officer then leaned over toward Jill and asked. "Does your husband always talk to you like that?"

Jill replied, "ONLY WHEN HE'S DRUNK."

Hey, the frozen samosaas weren't really meant to cause indigestion!! Phir bhi, just to tickle you again, here is another dose:

Mimi said to papa \"Das meri tokri wich ki hai, je tu das dega to sare ke sare ande ter, je tu das de kine ne ta 8 de 8 tere, te je tu das de kis janwar de ne ta o murgi vi teri!!

Papa to mimi \\\" o mimi, koi hint tan de!!!\\\"

:kaioken: NO OFFENCE MEANT.....

I do not know where are you coming from and what kind of food do you eat - but if you are from North India (especially Rajasthan/UP/Delhi etc), a person like me would be extremely please if you can get things like Gajak/Rewri/Phini/Ghewar - things we just cannot get in Canada!

Another simple idea - summer is due sometime later- you can get those cotton tops and branded types T shirts for girls/ladies and boys/men. They are available in Delhi for less than Rs 500 each.

For a smoker, a pack of 200 cigarrettes of his brand choice would be a perfect gift! Cigarrettes are quite expensive in Canada.
It will cost you 15 CAD but for the receiver it will be worth 70-80 CAD (ok, I understand gifts cant be valued in money;) )
