I am planning to come alone initially and my wife and my daughter will follow...
As per info on website, i can bring funds say 75 % of the required funds ($14230) initially and the rest can be brought by my wife...
I need info regarding
In case some employer gives me employment now, without hrdc validation, will i be exempted from showing proof of funds...
Can i bring money in the form of bank draft issued by canadian bank and payable in canada....this saves me me time and money....
Kindly advise at the earliest so that i plan my move shortly....can somebody share his/her experience at port of entry...

I don't think they have any solid rules at the time of entry. You should have sufficient fund so that you can live without job for first few (six) months.
I came with family and I brought all money with me. Interestingly I was not able to show all of them as part of my luggage was delayed and I had proof of only 7000 CD$. But that didn't created any problem for me.
You should be able to use the canadian draft you are talking about.
Let other people share their experiences.

YOU WILL NOT BE EXEMPTED.
