Hello Masood bhai

I hv got VISA papers for myself and my family and we will be landing in Canada in the first week of november. Back home in India, we are sponsoring a child aged 11 years . ( we hv two children) Though we have not leagally adopted him but practically he is staying with us and we are helping him to get good education as he is from a very poor family. But now we hv got our Papers and will be shiftng to Canada we are very much worried about him. Please guide us is there any procedure for getting VISA for him?

You should have adopted the child and included in your application. Not too late, you can adopt after you land and sponsor.

If you adopt now [before landing] and include child in your application, embassy will ask for your visas and process the child and issue new visas. Can take up to one year.
