I came here 4 years ago with my dad,mom and young brother.. we were refugees . They said we are not in danger in my country , so why would you stay.. but we are really in danger !! We are not gypsies !! So after we went on PRRA ( I guess its spelled like that ) so if they say no for the PRRA then how do I come back by myself ( I am 18 years old ) ?? Any ideas ? I was thinking of studying visa . Or I was 14 years old when I came here , my dad and Mon applyed for refugee. Not me, it wasn't my choice, i was under 18 but now could I apply for refugee by myself ?? Or something ? I really can't go back to my country

Hey Dorka...I ain't no immigration expert...but do know if your PRRA is rejected by an officer, it can be appealed once , at the federal court - basically buys you time. Worth a shot. You can apply for a student, bit the fact that you were a refugee claimant (under your parents) may not work in your favor.
