I applied for Pr under CEC in May 2012 and I got my AOR in Oct 2012. In Nov 2012, I came to my on vacation due to many reasons, I was not able to return back.

Now my questions are:

1. Should I notify my change of address? Will it delay the processing?

3. Can I have the mailing address to be Canadian address and change only the resident address?
4. Should I send the documents through email or mail?

If you have the access to the address you have given...
then you just leave it now ......... and don't dooooo any thing.

You can notify the change .... if you want to.
But it will not delay the process .......................... unless that comes on the way to your CEC.
I don't know the whole story ....
You can keep a mailing address in Canada ........... but change your resident address
