I went to Australia for my Studies in 2005 and came back in 2007. I do had the licence but never drove the car there, While coming one of friends told me to give his licence number so he can transfer some fines as you are leaving, no one will have to pay. At that moment, i gave and left. the thing was the licence was expired the end same month. I do not know did they actually transferred the fines on my licence or not. now after 5 years, i am really worried because i have to apply for PCC Australia and this may come up. I never received any call in regards to that.
Well i was not aware of these, so some couple of things like gas, water bill were on my name and i do not know are they unpaid or still running or what
{Update: I had a call with the Civic criminal and they told me i have some warrant issues due to non payment. I left in 2007 and my friend used my Licence to nominate me, i am now in jeopardy, I have pad the Fines now and they have confirmed that fines are Paid. }
I received the VicRoads licence History and see that fines were listed on my name and couple of fines which were unpaid started from 2008 onward but i let Australia in 2007. Should i take legal proceedings.
Also all fines were mostly less than 10km speed and less than 25 km/h
one fine was disobeyed traffic rule which was in 2007

Will this Reject my Canada PR.

I am not an immigration lawyer but based on what you say you had traffic violations and you have paid all the necessary fines
Generally PR will not be rejected because of minor traffic violations. These are not criminal offence. Its not like you have run over someone in your car etc.
As long as it is a minor issue you should be ok
Thanks, I was really worried about it, But this answer of yours has relieved a little bit. I am now waiting for my PCC from Australia and as i Cleared my fines recently this month of start because i came to know previous month only, i just happned to call vicroads and they told me.
i hope nothing comes in PCC
I doubt this will even get into your PCC. Its not a security threat to the country and its not a criminal conviction but defaulting without payment.
