My husband and I are applying for the selection certificate under the Quebec Skilled Category.
We need to attach all the supporting documents for our educational qualifications that should be
TRUE CERTIFIED COPIES.
Does that mean we have to get the degree and diplomas certified and sealed from the respective schools and universities
Where we obtained them OR it is ok to get it certified from a gazetted govt authority with the seal.

We would also like to know that is it necessary to submit the birth certificate for us or the pp and school certificates be enough.we do have a birth certificate but without the name. Is it acceptable?

Either you get the transcripts from the schools/universities ( they make a copy of original, stamp, sign with sealed envelope) or you make a copy and get it NOTARIZED that they are true certified copied.
