Did you sign any agreement with them....on paper. If not, ask for a copy of same. If they do not have a copy then they can not do anything.
Reporting to Credit Bureau is always a first threat and last resort because it costs companies.
Is there any value of signature in NA?
I hardly see any agreement which is written and signed by both parties e.g when u apply for a loan, Credit Card, switch ur phone companies and so many other services etc. u don't sign anything.
The day signature on agreement becomes mandatory, identity theft will be reduced to zero.

Yes there is a value. when you apply for a cc, you get a written agreement when you first receive the cc. It is not signed that does not mean it has lost value. Your first use of cc is implied signatures.
Bell had issues with agreements in 2005. People wanted to see their signed agreement which Bell never had as offers were accepted on phone. Now bell makes you sign a agreement. Many companies are still not following the rule.
Whenever you go a website to order any service or product, there is always a agreement to which you need to agree. If not, then you can not order that service or product.
Identity theft happens not due to signing a agreement but somebody becomes "you" and signed a agreement as "you".

Does anyone has an experience about ACN? At present their promotional scheme for unlimited internet and unlimited long distance calls to India/US/Canada through VOIP in $66/-+ tax.
A rep. of this company is following me for last one week. But I suspect as it is an MLM scheme. Any desi member provide a feedback for voice quality and services?
