I recently learned through friends and apna janta that the HRSDC is restructuring the way in which it disburses its funding for the second career option. These new changes have gone into affect since Aug 2, 2010. In case any of you are having applications pending with any of the counselors please call back and verify whether these are still active and if not you may want to redo the procedure. However, the good news is that they are expecting the process to be more streamlined and complete steps will be done in a single place instead of visiting multiple locations to get the file completed.
