Hi.

I am looking for a simple and free Personal Finance and Savings Tracking Software (other than using Excel).

I just want to keep track of savings.

Any recommendations...

Yeah - Excel

Seriously, if you are looking for something simple (but not free), Excel works.
Can you tell us what type or tracking or calculations you are trying to do for which Excel's not working out for you?

As per me, Excel is very simple and easy to follow. In any software you have to follow their pattern while in excel you can make your own pattern and formulas.
