I have an interview at Pfizer. I have to do presentation and meet five people. Pls help if u have faced any such kinda interview. I am new to US and I dont know what kind of questions they will ask.

Can anybody suggest me the list of technical questions?

I am asking for the technical questions and related to pharmaceutical companies like Pfizer, like validation, sterilization, etc. if anybody has attended such iterview

Also give info whether Pfizer sponsors H1-B or not..
