Are there any good Indian restaurants near the mandir at Finch-427? The only one I can think of is Dosa Hut. It does not need to be purely vegetarian.

I am looking for a mid-scale restaurant that can serve a group of 10-12 people - not the self-serve $5 thali type.

Exotic Indian cuisine does not seem to have a good review on CD.

Any urgent reply would be helpful

We like Rajdhani at Albion and Islington.....

Also swaminarayan mandir itself can cater.

Sayona foods serves Gujrati self help thali at 45 Clairvelle Drive , but I guess you ve already excluded that ... We also love Rajdhani Foods but it might not be the best for 25-30 people ....... I think Sanjhi Rasoi @ Torbram & Steeles Brampton should nt be far away .... reasonably priced veg buffet and the same at India's Taste (veg and non veg both ) @ 900 Lawson Blvd , Brampton .

We ended up going to dosa hut, but will sure try all the recommendations some other time
