Good day to you,
I just have a few questions and I would be grateful if you can answer them:
1) Is the US Immigration system linked to the Canadian system..or is it seperate?
2) If an application for visitor visa to canada is rejected, does this affect the chances of having a sponse sponsor you? The visitor visa was applied for 2 months after the date of marriage.
3) As the sponsored applicant, would it be necessary to show a good educational, income and employment background? Or is this unnecessary as it is the sponsor's profile that will be checked out?
Thanking you in advance.
Hi Dianne,

Quote:Should not have any affect - although may depend on *why* the visa was rejected.

Quote:These are not necessary in the spousal case.
