Hello All,
My relative had applied first time and he got 5 years multiple entry visitor visa for canada.
Now his family is aplying for his immigration under family class in 2006. His visitor visa expires in 2007. What are the chances of his visitor visa being renewed in 2007 after immigration papers are filed in 2006 ?
Thanks .
Hello Aashu
Lots of guys are getting student visa after file PR so Just try about that and if he is in canada right now than he can apply PR file from buffalo
It will take 18 months and this is minimum time period
Thanks
Technically the chances of geting visitor's are even. He should, normally, get it.
However, nothing succeeds like success.
thanks for the replies.
who can apply from buffalo ? Applying from buffalo or applying from india, what do i have to do different ?
Thanks
My parents applied for a Canadian visitor visa after their existing visa had expired. This was while their pr process was in progress. They didn't have any issues and didn't even have to go to Delhi, it was done via mail.
Just to add, my parents do have a lot of international travel and have visited the states and Canada multiple times in the past.

What difference frequent travel have on visa. My parents visit US once every year for past 5 years. At every entry immigration officer would scare them that, they observe them flying frequently to US. Now on next entry within short interval your visa will be canceled.
