I have been doing job for last five year as administratvie support . I am very proficient in MS office. work in advance level. My job is to create query, forms, reports and data management in Access but they pay me 15$/hour.
Can anyboy guide what should i do. suggest me any course how is SAP (which module ) with this back ground or Cognos best for me.

Here is the link to Service Canada and meet with some one there who will evaluate your current qualifications and tell you what it is that you can do to improve your career and where you can go from here.
There are other Vocational Schools that will provide you with help too. See my previous posts on the subject and where you can go and meet with some one suitable that will evaluate your current educational qualifications and provide you with an avenue.
Also contact Immigrant Help Centers near by where you are living. They have some one visit them from time to time and do the evaluation at their location. They will also provide you with the help.
Hang in there. You are doing good and keep your head bobbing above the water level. Better times are ahead there for you.

MS access has always demand in market , the rates will be 30 to 45$ per hour.
OR 38 to 45K per annum,
It all depends how you market your resume.
I feel first make your resume upto date like 4-5 pages about your role in each project with atleast 5-6 different projects in Access/VBA.
As of now market is not that good to get a break, but if you want for knowledge purpose then you can learn.
