At present they have a 3 year multiple entry visa for canada but now i want to apply for their PR so that the whole family can stay together. I am their only son. I have downloaded the forms from cic site but I want to know about your experiences and suggestions before formulate my case for thsi purpose. I want to know what other documents should be accompained like cover letters, invitation letter, funds proff, etc etc.
I will appreciate if you could please send me some templates of your cover letters or any documents you may have to help building my case. I dont want to apply it through any consultant and am taking the risk of applying myself. I hope am making the right decision.

Please suggest me.
Thanks in advance,

You have seen the other posts here and I would say that the Check List that they call for should be sufficient while you are applying for their sponsorship.
But everyone is unique in their own way with their working life and settlement experiences. Some have done exceedingly well and I would not hesitate in including you in that list.
So, you can provide a letter from your Employer with his appreciation and your managerial expertise.
Any other letter from an Association if you all have united and have one with your contributions to it.
A letter from a Bank Manager with your handling of the account with them.
All of these and many other service recognitions are unique in their own way and you can add or attach them and save a copy for your files.
I would suggest that you post your concerns and also request the previous posters to 'the link' and see how they went about it. Try and keep it all together in one thread for people to do the search and obtain guidance. Though we would like to post and help others who request here, the thread gets fragmented at best and some of the invaluable assistance that one seeks will get scattered and will be missed by those who are seeking just for that one item.

Make it a point to state and include that you both are profitably employed and in that covering letter you also state that you want to be there for them with all the help and support during their retirement years and see them enjoy and settle down here as a single unit and be of value and assistance to the whole family.
Good Luck.
Freddie.
