I have been recommended this website by my friend who got very valuable help in this forum. I have problem with apply for visit visa for my husband also. I am Canadian citizen for 1 year but I am Indian by birth.

We thought we will apply for sponsored immigration for my husband, thus we got application kit from CIC website.

My husband working in Sharjah, UAE. He went to Dubai clinic to do up-front medical exam for immigration on 17 feb 2oo8. Also we got police clearance from UAE and India done. But I have still not send filled immigration sponsor forms and papers applications to Mississauga.

But now something is changed and it is better my husband will come here and apply for immigration inside Canada.

Can he still apply for visit visa from UAE? I think he need to apply to abi dhabi.

What to write in form and cover letter? Also, since we have not apply for sponsored immigration, but he has done his medical will there be problem in getting visit visa?

Dubai clinic where medical is done told my husband that result will go to london office and then they will send to abu dhabi. They said usually takes 4-6 weeks for result to come to abu dhabi.

So if he apply for tourist visa to visit canada, can they see his medical report and reject him even though we still not apply here in canada to sponsor?

If you are in Canada, please contact the people in the link. You may be able to apply from here in Canada and they will help you. If you have a phone call them and seek their help and if you can drop in and visit them, they will surely get things straightened out for you.

I have a little doubt as to what you are saying. They will help you with all the filling of the papers and with the correct procedures too.

They will also provide you with the current time frame for the spousal sponsorship too. Ask them about it.
