Hello,
I came to know abt this site and rest from my sister. I too thank you so much for the in formations you provide. Really its so helpful. My case is something which myself and my spouse(sponsor) are undergoing i.e even after our 3 years of our marriage we are not able to start a life because of the long taking processing of the cic. You would have know my case from my sister's mail yet I am just writing. My husband who is a citizen of canada had applied for the sponsorship of me during the month of March 2002, the application was sent to me I with the required documents was sent the complete set to New Delhi office. It was processed during the month of Aug.2002, And I was called for an interview on Dec.2002 and there was no response . On checking the e-client status I knew that a decision was made on Jan.2003 and put to feb.2003 end I did not receive any letter so I mailed a letter and after this I got the letter stating that its refused since our marriage is not genuine. My husband nor I never even dreamt that all this will happen with us. We did not know that for proving our relation we had to give even a bit of paper we communicated or so.And I did not carry everything with me.But with God’s Grace since we were right in our part my husband appealed and by every ones blessings our application was approved by the iad of Toronto. And now for updating the file I have sent the application with the letter and also my medical papers to the office at New Delhi. Its going to be a month my application is been sent. But there is no information in this regard. On checking the e-client status it is stating as before “A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.”
I had been through most of the queries to you and very much impressed by your reply and the information you provide. From the last two years I had been through many sites to get some information abt this but I was in vain to get a clear information.
Could you please help me in clearing my doubts.
Will I be receiving a letter from cic,New Delhi stating that they received the application and are processing ?
Should I get in contact with the office at New Delhi .If yes how?
Thanks & Regards
You can fax New Delhi chc. Usually, after an appeal is won in Canada, it easily takes six months or so for New Delhi to issue visa.

Whenever you are free do let me know that whether the fee to be given for the visa the chc will inform me or my husband. Since my husband was saying that he will be informed but not sure.
