I am a PR in canada, currently working with United Nations in VIENNA.I have 2 questions to ask so i go one by one.
1)At the time, i got PR i was not married, so now how should i apply for my wife & Kid i.e independent category(she qualifies for that),
family category, or to sponser her, or is ther some other way to do that, As i am planning to move to canada finally in Dec 2006 .
And if i sponser her, am i eligible to take all those child & other benifits.
2)Can i maintain my PR while working outside Canada, Please consider i am working with United Nations & canada is part of United Nations.

Note:If i apply for my wife in Vienna, it will take around 5 months for independent category.
