Can anyone with knowledge or experience kindly advise on the following please?:

When a Canadian Citizen is engaged to a U.S.A citizen (both in educational fields) and wishes to get married by next Summer 2006 and the Canadian wishes to move to U.S.A what's the best or optimum route to take to make the process efficient and expedient - time-wise, expense and work permit etc,.

(a) Apply for a Fianceé/Fiance visa and get married in the U.S.A. and apply for immigration within U.S.A.

(b) Get married in Canada and apply to immigrate/sponosred from Canada by the U.S.A. spouse to U.S.A. OR

(c) Any other legal method, e.g. NAFTA job permit etc.,
