SAJJAD, one of Canada's finest contemporary instrumental music composer, will mark his first live performance at the prestigious Betty Oliphant Theatre on November 26, 2011. It will be a stunning musical show featuring fantastic rare instruments and talented Canadian musicians of world-class backgrounds.
SAJJAD will be performing live music from his debut album "Where I Belong" plus brand new songs. Performing with him:
Adam Langley (Guitar), Aki Takahashi (Shamisen), Amely Zhou, (Erhu) Andrew Jackson Smith (Bass), Ashtar Ron Allen (World Flutes and Sax), Aubrey Dayle (Drums), Chris Arnold (Violin), Cyndi Richards (Vocals), John Jamieson (Keyboard), Meagan Ballantyne (Cello), Saskia Tomkins (Violin/Nyckelharpe), Steafan Hannigan (Uilleann pipe/Mandolin).
