Can some one say me if these kind of companies are reliable or not? and
if it is a good decision to approach them??? PLZ

To be truly honest, they should have added a qualifier about H-1B quota availability.
So if you are thinking about getting H-1B under one of the regular categories (and "software job" would most likely fall under regular category), then you need to think beyong 2006 !

hello folks
i m very much new in ontario..i am fresh engineer in computers field..if i ask for job here..every company looks for experience that i dont have yes but i have offer letter from infosys india..could anyone whos enough professional can reply with appropriate knowledge..that if i get infosys experience..then it would be of any help or not..and if yes then how much experience will be sufficient...
i will be thankful if u reply with a phone no. mayb i need to contact u too.
