Differentiating between visitor and business visa

I was given a business visa to the US a few years back which my previous employerhad applied for. It is stamped as B1/B2 (Type R) and multiple entry. There is no annotation i.e. company name mentioned.

Can I enter the States as a visitor on this same visa or do I need to specifically apply for a visitor visa? This is for driving from Canada to the US.
