I have a query rerading my son's Indian passport renewal.
His existing passport issued for 5 years and expiring in Aug 2005 and I need to apply for a new passport for him.
Earlier I extended my own pasport via contacting bharatbhavan (I paid them $20 as fee) but it seems their contact number been changed.
By chance do anyone who stays in Montreal know whether any other desi organization can help in processing Indian passport ..I actually want to avoid going to Ottawa ...rather prefer to pay a nominal processing fee to any desi organization.
If anyone can pass me bharatbhavan's new number that will also be helpful.

Call the Indian High Commission office in Ottawa at (613) 744-3751. I think u dont have to come for the passport. U should be able to do by mail.

(what I like with this office is that someone answers the phone and direct you to the right person)
