One of my friend just got married, is living in canada, is going to apply for immigration under skilled worker program. He is going to include his spouse name as second applicant. But she doesn't have a passport but she did apply for a passport , and has a receipt as a proof of it.
Can she apply as a co-applicant without having a passport.. ? And later, Can she send a copy of a passport once she received it ?
