I am in Usa and my family has already travelled back to India. I received medical forms but it says all family members must be checked by same doctor. In this case either i have to travel to India or my family has to take visa and come to USA. We had applied for PR from USA. Is there any harm if we get our medical exams in India?

While it does state that the same doctor should check it, given the circumstances you can have your family members checked by a doctor in India and you can get examined by a doctor in the States. When sending in confirmation that medicals have been completed, just write a letter to the Consulate stating that the doctor's were different and the reason.
