Dear Sir,

I would like to know can a Foreign Worker apply for Canadian Immigration. The person is working in Canada from past 2.5 years now, currently waiting for his VISA to arrive from the "Wagervel" Office. He has already received the approval, the VISA hasn't come yet.

Is it necessary that the Employment letter shuld be there before he applies for the "Canadian Immigration". Can he NOT apply based on the past yrs experience in Canada as a "Chef". He is a Chef.

Secondly, what is the minimum qulification to apply for "Canadian Immigration" as a foreign worker. Does it have t be 12th passs?

How about just 10th pass?

He speaks good english and has about 7 years of experience , 5 yrs in India and 2.5 yrs in canada as a "CHEF".

Please help, with the above details can he apply for the immigration. Can you help?
