I am not sure if some one has already asked for help on it but here is the situation:
If some one has USA multiple entry visitor's visa as well as Canadian multiple entry visa at the same time and is Indian National, is it possible to stay for 6 months in USA and then leave remaining 6 months in Canada and then switch it back and forth from Canada to USA every 6 months? How does this actually work? Is it true that Visitor Visa allows one entry per Year even though it is multiple entry visa? Plz. clarify or redirect to correct site.
Thanks!
NO u cannot do that. If entry is at US port then Canada does not stamp on entry to Canada and is true the otherway round.

Check for pervert's database here http://www.perverted-justice.com
They will want you to enter from your home country to renew your Entry for another 6 months. So th eperson will have to go to India and then enter again .

We will find a way or we will make one
But the Canadian embassy at Queenston-Lewingston border did stamp their passport for 6 months from the date of entry in Canada when they entered Canada from USA. They entered USA from India via Newyork airport and the only question now I have is if they return their I-94 at the end of the current USA visa term and travel to Canada via land crossing (as their I-94 is expiring in January 2008 and the Canadian visa is valid untill April 12, 2008), and they want to re-enter USA anytime between Feb 2008 to April 2008, would there be any issue at the US immigration border?
Any experience or advise would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks a lot for all the help so far!
