Dear All,
I wish to invite my parents on multiple entry visitor visa who are presently in India.
I have seen the form and in the form, item no. 4 says "Indicate how long you plan to stay in Canada?"
My question is
Either they shud fill the entire period (like 2 years for which I want the span of multiple visa) or they shud fill 6 months (as a visitor they can stay for max 6 months in a stretch).
I am filling the multiple entry form first time but I am sure that many of you must have experienced such case before and can help me out with the possible solution.

Two year period is a resonable time and the multiple entry visa will also take care of that.
Along with that goes the entry requirements and the compliance. What ever that might be.!!
If they ask that they show their bonafides and dependance on India as a BASE and other Health Check and Insurance requirements and also an OPEN ticket that is valid for that duration of TWO years, then be prepared to provide them with the same.
Otherwise choose a time period that you can live with and then extend the same after that.
