How much time does it take to get PR if I apply at Buffalo?
And Do I need to get PCC from Canada as well as I am here since last 6 months.I want to send all the forms at one go so that I don't get any communication from CIC to send other docs as that would slow the process.So it should be directly a call for medical/interview form CIC.

I have not appeared for IELTS but have worked in US for sometime and now working in Canada..what're the chances that I wouldn't be asked to take that test and what are the chances for interview waiver?

I am a computer professional having 5.5 yrs of experience.
