Hello there,
Could you please advise me on the following issues:
1. How long does a student has to be staying in Canada before he/she can lodge his/her PR application for Skilled class in Canada itself (not concerned with the 5 points)

2. Is it possible for the spouse to apply for PR immigration immediately after landing as a dependent of the student?

3. Can the spouse of the student take up any full time work during the duration of the course?

4. What is the current processing time for the application if it is made within Canada itself?

5. Is the status as a student affect the PR application?

Your advice will be appreciated. Thank you.

- RIGHT AWAY

2. Is it possible for the spouse to apply for PR immigration immediately after landing as a dependent of the student?

- YES

3. Can the spouse of the student take up any full time work during the duration of the course?
- YES, GET MORE INFO FROM HRDC

4. What is the current processing time for the application if it is made within Canada itself?
- WITHIN CANADA APPLICATION IS NOT POSSIBLE. YOU HAVE TO SEND APPLICATION TO AN EMBASSY, EITHER YOUR HOME COUNTRY OR USA (IF U THINK U CAN GET VISA TO USA IN CASE THERE'S AN INTERVIEW)

5. Is the status as a student affect the PR application?
- NO
